  • extensive experience within Customer Service/Customer Experience
  • extensive experience within the remit of Hauliers and warehousing
  • continuous improvement driven with a desire to seek and implement change
  • dealing with Hauliers and wider Transport Logistics knowledge within the industry
  • KPI Driven to measure and track Customer Service from Order to Delivery
  • experience working within 3rd Party Logistics – managing and facilitating
  • experience of using Zendesk is preferred but not required
