- implement the existing Continuous Improvement Methodology
- analyse, interpret and understand data / reports and be able to identify opportunities for improvement action
- collaboratively support and lead multi skilled / cross functional teams
- collate data and present in an understandable format to be able to deliver required change
- coaching and developing to less experienced team members and peers
- ensure sharing of knowledge during each project / task to enable individuals and teams to retain CI skills ongoing
- must be able to not only identify reports but can also practically deliver improvements
- must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Requirements

- experience of seeking and identifying cost opportunities, improving efficiencies, improving safety and quality capability, generating innovative / creative solutions
- proven leaderships skills and business acumen and the ability to work with different functions within the organisation
