  • the Flower Pots Inn is one of Hampshire’s favourite independent country pubs, located in the village of Cheriton, near Alresford

  • as a result of our continued growth and success we are looking to add to our team to join one of the best pubs in Hampshire
  • working with the Landlord, we are seeking the right candidate for the daily running of the business whilst ensuring our customers receive the highest possible quality of service
  • the appointment of a Deputy Manager for us is a very important role and will lead to significant career progression. This opportunity is extremely rare
  • the “Pots” is welcoming, friendly and incredibly busy! We have a loyal customer base who enjoy our levels of service, quality of food and support to our staff, and of course, our own traditional Flower Pots cask ales, which we also deliver throughout Hampshire and beyond
