- we’re looking for an energetic and collaborative Senior National Account Manager with retail experience but most importantly an infectious passion for food, flavour and brands

- as Senior National Account Manager you will be supporting the Sales Director in building and maintaining our exciting portfolio of foodie brands within the retail and discounter sector, to make sure our products are the ones shoppers pick off shelf in supermarkets
- create and deliver your action plan, showing what you’re going to do and the resources you require to do it best. You’ll need an appreciation of promotions and other activities to drive visibility, awareness and trial at the fixture and online
- we’re all about collaboration, so as well as working closely with your close-knit flava family, you will also be managing our relationships with the customer, using your understanding of your buyer’s category strategy to help them with their NPD, setting the trade plan to maximise the potential for the category and our products/brands
- we’re looking for someone who’s super hungry to take a hands-on approach to owning those relationships with the retailers and discounters, from inputting into the sales strategy & direction to project management of new launches and category/brand performance reporting
- be a key part of our team, liaising regularly with your colleagues in Marketing, NPD, Procurement and Operations, giving you a great grounding in a fast growing business
- have fun, we’re a small entrepreneurial business with big growth plans, and we’d love you to be a big part of our small team
Requirements
- great understanding of the UK grocery/retail market
- previous role as National Account Manager/Sales Manager
- great organisation, deadline management and attention to detail

- 3+ years' proven sales experience within the grocery/retail sector
- an insatiable appetite, curiosity and passion for both brands & food
- driven with the ability to prioritise and manage workflow
- account management experience from either the butchery, foodservice, food processing/manufacturing or FMCG sectors
- actively embraces and entrepreneurial, family-owned business culture
- the Flava People products for personal in-home use
- be Open, has humility and able to get along with a diverse team
