Responsibility

  • ensure the client is confident in the proactive driving of the account
  • be regarded by the client as the senior account handling expert who provides strategic support and counsel as their account director
  • be confident in challenging and focusing clients on their strategic goals
  • be able to predict and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring relevant team members are fully involves and aware
  • demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the client’s business and actively seek opportunities for further account development as their account director
  • conduct regular client strategy meetings

  • sound understanding of science and medicine, the healthcare environment and the pharmaceutical industry
