Requirements
- A "natural" passion for outstanding customer service in a customer facing environment
- willingness to learn, develop and improve your skills with a keen eye for detail
- you must be attentive and punctual and have excellent team player/communication skills
- ability to motivate and lead a team
- excellent eye for detail and very high standards
- preferably some Cask/Craft knowledge, although not essential
- ideally 6-12 months experience in a similar post would be preferred however this is not essential as full training will be given
- outgoing friendly personality
