Responsibility

  • first Mailing is a progressive, well established Direct Mail company based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire
  • we are looking for a Customer Services Administrator to provide general administration support to our Account Managers and External Sales Managers
  • this is a varied role working in a professional & friendly environment
  • you will offer advice on available services & provide quotations for new & existing clients
  • other duties may include support to data and production teams
  • the applicant must be computer literate and have a good telephone manner
  • you will need to be well spoken, presentable and very organised with excellent attention to detail
  • you will be required to carry out every day office duties as well as provide high levels of customer service, dealing promptly & efficiently with telephone & email enquiries
