first Mailing is a progressive, well established Direct Mail company based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire
we are looking for a Customer Services Administrator to provide general administration support to our Account Managers and External Sales Managers
this is a varied role working in a professional & friendly environment
you will offer advice on available services & provide quotations for new & existing clients
other duties may include support to data and production teams
the applicant must be computer literate and have a good telephone manner
you will need to be well spoken, presentable and very organised with excellent attention to detail
you will be required to carry out every day office duties as well as provide high levels of customer service, dealing promptly & efficiently with telephone & email enquiries
