Responsibility

  • the candidate is expected to carry out the following
  • resident fee and client services invoicing/reconcilliation via Xero Accounting software
  • speaking with suppliers to ensure the care home receives goods/services in a timely manner
  • staff rota and annual leave reconcilliation
  • we are looking for a positive and passionate and experienced Administrator who can support our Manager in various areas and maintain the high standards that are embedded into the care home
  • work alongside the manager and administrator assistant to carry out any other administrative tasks
  • we would expect to hire someone who has previous experience with business administration and is confident working on computers and various software
  • act as the face of the home and to provide service users and potential clients professional service to show the high standards set at the care home
