Responsibility
- downland Bedding is a family-owned bedding manufacturer based in Liverpool
- managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
- the New Business Development Executive will be reporting directly to the Managing Director
- developing positive relationships with customers
- you will be expected to be self- starting, able to operate autonomously without supervision and work effectively as team
- generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks
- the New Business Development Executive, work directly to the Managing Director but are expected to be self- starting, able to operate autonomously without supervision and work effectively as team
- develop product knowledge in line with trends, working with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- proven work experience as a New Business Development or Sales Executive
- hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- knowledge of MS Office
- understanding of sales performance metrics
- excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills using technology where appropriate
- commercial awareness and business acumen with a problem-solving, can-do attitude
