- we are looking for someone that can lead the team through this unique and exciting opportunity
- we are a successful and proudly independent daytime business, established 6 years ago in the heart of Cheltenham, and shortly to embark on the next exciting stage of our journey as we expand the business into new sites
- we are looking to grow our team as we build on our reputation for providing one of the best hospitality experiences in Cheltenham
- ideally with previous management experience in the hospitality sector, we are looking for someone who is passionate about quality, the customer experience and their team, someone who shares our values around sustainability and fairness, but also fully understands the absolute importance of efficient processes and planning
- you will need to have experience of calmly, efficiently and happily running busy services that deliver the highest standard of service & quality to our customers
- as well as great people skills, you will have strong administrative and organisational skills, and experience of implementing and managing business processes - around bookings, staffing, planning, food safety, health & safety and stock control
- good financial management skills are also important, including staffing budgets and margin control, as well as being comfortable with technology, whether that be our till and payment systems, our booking system or our social media accounts
