Responsibility
- in conjunction with all other members of staff to be responsible for day-to-day cleanliness and health & safety issues within the hostel whilst on duty
- have an up to date knowledge of Group policies and procedures. That they are known, understood, implemented and adhered to
- to ensure welfare checks, along with encouraging a night-time routine for all clients and embedding boundaries and rules set by the project
- to work with the Senior Facilities Worker to ensure that the cleanliness of the building, especially the public areas are cleaned to a high standard and that the site is handed over to the day staff each day ready to use
- create and develop new business opportunities
- carry out training and development activities as identified and agreed in consultation with your manager
- to ensure that the work-spaces used are kept clean to an appropriate standard
- to attend Support Staff team meetings and other Ferry Project meetings as required
