proven experience as a chef or cook in a professional kitchen setting
ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
excellent time management skills to ensure efficient workflow in the kitchen
creativity and innovation in developing new dishes and menu items
knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
ability to adapt to changing menus, dietary restrictions, and customer preferences
Responsibility
join our team down at our new fixed site at Flat Iron Square, will be 12 hour shifts finishing at 11pm. Also we have multiple trucks which attend festivals and sports events so there is opportunities to work at these big events as well as Flat Iron
adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
