we are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Office administrator / Bookkeeper to join this small Family Office
you will also take on responsibility for various tasks as time progresses
part time working will be considered
the ideal candidate will help look after the running of two businesses, a small Pension scheme and the private affairs of the employer including looking after various Investments and the running of his private properties
you will report to the Business Manager, whilst shadowing him in order to cover his role should he be out of the office
due to the number of the varied tasks within the role, there maybe times when you may be required to carry out heavy lifting and computer installations
Education
A-Level or equivalent
Requirements
customer service: 2 years
administrative experience: 2 years
