Responsibility

  • the Barcellos Family Practice are now looking for a friendly experienced receptionist/administrator
  • the Family Practice is a friendly, busy GP surgery providing quality care for approximately 17500 patients
  • our ideal candidates will have previous reception/administration experience ideally working in a GP practice/community setting
  • greet and check in patients and visitors
  • we have some excellent bakers in the team and there is usually something delicious to try
  • key requirements include good IT skills and excellent interpersonal skills together with the ability to use own initiative

  • answer inbound calls and make outbound calls

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • strong telephone skills and the ability to handle multiple calls at once in a fast paced environment
  • organised with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • detail oriented with the ability to follow through on a project/task with a high level of accuracy
  • customer service: 1 year
  • administrative experience: 1 year
