Requirements

  • managing the daily production schedule, ensuring production targets are met while ensuring the product is always of the highest quality
  • delegating tasks to your team of junior chefs and kitchen assistants
  • ensuring the kitchen is run to the highest of hygiene standards at all times, in line with legal requirements
  • managing stock levels of ingredients and placing orders with our amazing suppliers
  • working with the Head of Product to take new recipe concepts into the production kitchen at scale
  • being hands-on in producing our range of delicious kids and family meals for our two brands, The Family Food Co and Pots for Tots
