  • fairtrade Foundation are recruiting for a People Operations Manager to lead and manage the operational functions of the People Team
  • job title: People Operations Manager

  • contract/Hours: Fixed term contract for 9 months , 35 hours per week, full time
  • you will ensure a high level of customer service and work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner and Head of People & Organisational Development on process improvement and business planning
  • you will be highly organised and have experience of the design, improvement and delivery of all people processes and experiences including transactional HR processes, recruitment and on-boarding, payroll and pensions, and the delivery of HR information services
