Requirements
- proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and application support, including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- experience with Azure AD, Intune, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager
- competence in setting up, configuring, and supporting Windows 10/11
- familiarity with Windows Server 2016 and newer
- knowledge of TCP/IP networking and troubleshooting WiFi connectivity
- expertise in hardware procurement, installation, and support, including video conferencing equipment
Responsibility
- resolve end-user issues through troubleshooting, provide application support, and manage the user onboarding and offboarding processes
- deploy and administer various software and systems, including Microsoft 365 , Sophos anti-virus software, Jira, and Confluence
- develop and enhance the IT infrastructure, systems, policies, and procedures of the UK Head Office to accommodate the company's ongoing growth
- take charge of managing, deploying, and configuring software upgrades, updates, and security patches
- assume responsibility for improving and automating user onboarding and offboarding processes
