Responsibility

  • demonstrating excellent technical knowledge of large-scale Solar and Battery Storage design and installation methods to support processes during installation
  • ensuring each installation is delivered to the highest SHE standards, above set benchmarks and compliant with Health, Safety and Environmental legislation
  • delivering projects to achieve the required quality, on time and within budget
  • ensuring all documentation is complete, compliant and appropriately stored
  • work with Contractors and clients to ensure that we are delivering the highest quality installation
  • leading Project Management in the delivery of Commercial and Industrial scale Solar PV and Battery storage, ensuring sound processes are in place and adhered to, to provide Industry leading SHE standards, outstanding compliant installations and customer service, appropriate contractor timelines & SLA's
  • keeping up to date with all relevant regulations and obligation in order to inform and maintain compliance

Requirements

  • project Management experience, in particular in the delivery of large-scale rooftop Solar PV installations
  • strong Technical knowledge of Solar and Battery installations and design criteria
  • worked within the Solar industry in an operations-based role
  • A strong SHE ethos
  • encourage and maintain strong internal relationships with survey and scheduling teams, to ensure the best service is delivered throughout the team
  • strong understanding of the business needs that drive your team's activities, with an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset
  • high-level understanding of your team's area of responsibility
  • willing to travel/stay at sites across UK
