Responsibility
- to take part in supervision, appraisals and development opportunities as required
- to work as part of a team within The Elm Foundation and to feedback relevant information
- to maintain full and accurate case records and monitoring systems as required
- to comply with The Elm Foundations financial regulations and other organizational policies and procedures
- to ensure that all telephone, email and voicemail enquiries are responded to, working to agreed protocols and quality standards
- keep up to date with and adhere to all key legislation connected to your work
- to contribute to team meetings and organisational priorities, to prepare and participate in supervision and appraisal
- to participate in ongoing training activities, including assisting with induction of new staff, student and volunteers, as required by the Service Manager
