Requirements

  • you must hold an NVQ or equivalent - level 2 beauty qualification
  • knowledge/experience of brow and lash treatments such as Lash lifting, HDBrows or similar & laser hair removal again is desirable
  • good knowledge of the beauty industry and how it works - Client communication and care skills are a must
  • an intimate waxing qualification however please do still apply if you don't hold an official qualification as training will be provided
  • at least 1 year of waxing experience is preferred & good knowledge of proper wax application and removal is desirable however training is provided
  • waxing : 1 year

Responsibility

  • reception duties - Answering calls, texts, emails and social media enquiries. Responding in a professional yet friendly manner
  • reception duties - Answering calls booking clients in over the phone or text message managing our social direct messages and comments
