Working hours

Responsibility
- applying your expertise and creativity to deliver a personalised service for your clients
- maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked treatment room. Ensuring all equipment and tools are properly sanitised and stored
- receiving payments from clients and undertaking general reception duties such as making appointments and answering telephone calls
- building and maintaining client relationships
- providing a wide range of beauty treatments [including facials, massages, body treatments, waxing, manicures, pedicures, brows, lashes and other relevant treatments]
- A good eye for style, decor and initiative
- general salon maintenance and administrative duties as well as opening and closing the salon when necessary, ensuring the salon is tidy and presentable at all times
- answering phone calls and managing online bookings. Running your own social media account under the brand is advised but not essential
Requirements
- holding a recognised international qualification in Beauty Therapy is essential. [Level 2 & 3]
- previous salon / spa experience preferred but not necessary
- meticulous organisational and time-management skills with high attention to detail
- be able to work well within a team
- be smart in appearance at all times
