Working hours

Responsibility
- design email content in-line with the plan set out by the Marketing Coordinator maintaining our brand voice and personality
- create user segments depending on the content to target the most relevant customers
- collaborate with other teams to share ideas and resources in order to make the most out of campaigns
- stay organised and maintain deadlines on campaigns
- closely monitor the data on completed campaigns and update the teams about their performance
- identify where certain aspects can be improved by analysing previous campaigns
- all training will be given
- learn and proactively research best practices for email marketing including content, subject lines, segmentation, GDPR compliance as well as ASA compliance surrounding the promotion of unlicensed tobacco products
Requirements
- have experience using Adobe Photoshop
- have great communication skills
- have good spelling, punctuation and grammar skills
- have an eye for creative/graphic design
- be comfortable working as part of a team
- have proven previous experience in a design role
