Requirements

  • lead and develop the regional finance teams
  • strong financial accounting background, with a recognised accounting qualification and strong technical accounting experience
  • ensure the Group maintains a strong financial control environment
  • exceptional people leader
  • own treasury and cash management, including forecasting, across the Group
  • experience of a Private Equity backed business environment or VC backed
  • have good experience in developing and implementing controls and processes
  • review the consolidation of monthly results
