Responsibility
- working with central marketing team to ensure digital communications have a consistent look and feel with other customer touchpoints
- ensure all designed digital based communications follow the multichannel seasonal concepts and are consistent with the brand guidelines
- receive briefs from internal marketing department and agree achievable deadlines
- manage workload and prioritise briefs in line with agreed critical path, communicating any potential slippage
- ensure designs meet the brief prior to handover for sign off
- progress to final design following amends and handover in agreed format or implement online where appropriate
- progress build of HTML emails as and when required
- provide support and cover for other design colleagues
