Responsibility
- provide highest level of customer service to our clients
- process emails/calls from customers and suppliers
- coordinate linen hire orders
- data entry into Xero to enable invoicing
- issue monthly invoices
- working with the accountant to provide supporting information as required
- maintain an updated Call Sheet for drivers and incident book entries
- ops Mtg Agenda and track action points
Requirements
- A positive, hardworking individual with a can-do attitude
- accuracy and good communication skills are vital as is your attention to detail
- excellent data entry skills needed
- competent with Microsoft 365
- full, clean Driving Licence required
