- as a Senior Grants Manager, you will be at the heart of the DofE’s five-year strategy, Youth Without Limits, helping to ensure that we are open to all young people aged 14-24 across the UK and that our participants reflect the most diverse generation of young people ever
- do you want to be part of that?
- part of the UK Strategic Programmes directorate, you and your team will lead, manage and, with the Fundraising team, help grow two of our big grant-making funds, supporting organisations delivering the DofE to enable more marginalised young people to take part
- working with internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in developing our grant management more broadly across the Charity, building on current grant-making and pro-actively scoping future need including working with the IT team to develop effective digital solutions
- alongside the UK SP Director, you will also be the main link between UK Operations and the DofE Fundraising team, supporting the annual business planning cycle and development of high-quality, strategically aligned, successful funding applications
