- drafting and preparing wills and probate/LPA documents
- management of a caseload of mixed credit hire and personal injury cases
- proactively working to settle claims on favourable terms for the client within M&S Law's operational policy and the relevant guidelines
- assisting clients with queries related to wills and probate matters
- managing and organising client files and documents
- there will be a mixture of liability admitted and disputed cases
- liaising with relevant parties and experts associated with the claim
- responsible for compliance where required
Requirements
- relevant qualification in law, such as a degree or a paralegal qualification
- previous experience working in a similar role, AT LEAST 1 YEAR WILLS WRITING
- passionate about customer service and care
- work well within a fast paced and close knit team environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and other professionals
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- good computer literacy and keyboard skills
