- manage all guest interaction including phone calls, emails, scheduling etc
- ensure all staff follow company policies on hygiene procedures quality and appearance

- experience as a restaurant manager looking for a supervisor or duty manager looking to move up
- excellent decision-making skills and ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- strong leadership skills with a proven track record in managing people
