Responsibility
- training all staff to the highest possible standards
- driving footfall and revenue by actively promoting and marketing the venues via social media and traditional advertising
- analysis of competitor venues and ensuring that our venues are always relevant to the local customer requirements and trends
- ensuring the venues are fully staffed with hard working, enthusiastic, dedicated team players offering our customers the ultimate nightlife experience and service
- weekly sales meetings with company directors to discuss P&L accounts, revenue, budgets, forecasts, KPI, marketing and entertainments
- completion of all required health and safety documents, upholding all local authority licensing objectives and regulations. Safeguarding the premises licence
- ordering all weekly wet and dry stock at competitive rates, management of stock holdings and keeping our product ranges relevant, whilst maximising margins
- working with our security team on security staff rotas and maintaining the highest level of professionalism and duty of care to our customers
Requirements
- at least 1 year proven experience as a manager of late night venue or hospitality outlet
- exceptional social media and networking skills with a flare to grow our social media following
- A proven ability to increase footfall and revenue of a late-night venue with excellent problem-solving skills
- A natural team leader, mentor, and motivator
- confident, dynamic, honest, hardworking and with a passion to create a party
- experience in venue or club night re-branding
- A keen understanding of young adult nightlife culture, trends, and music genres
- able to act as a keyholder
