Responsibility
- create a cross skilled Account Management function that supports OH, GP and combined services to the corporate client base
- scheduling & chairing client review meetings including new business and operations as appropriate
- responsible for the achievement of set revenue targets for retention and growth of the Corporate client portfolio

- follow CAM Sales Force process/training linked to/fulfilment of New Business and Corporate Servicing requirements
- ensure salesforce is kept fully up to date
- support Corporate Sales in the tender response sales process or run renewal tenders as appropriate
- liaison with relevant stakeholders to ensure renewing business is profitable/supported by suitable up to date contracts
- manage and develop key Corporate Client relationships and Partnerships directly, including cross and up selling
- responsible for driving forward service utilisation, cross sales and up selling to existing corporate clients and supporting the Account Management team in the delivery of cross sales and its support of campaign management and sales activity through the call and email activity
- ensure Client MI is issued to clients by Account Management team within agreed timescales, working with Operations, BI & Corporate Servicing)
- ensure Client invoicing is issued to clients by the Account Management team in the agreed timescales, working with operations and finance
- support Group Corporate Sales in the tender response sales process or run renewal tenders as appropriate. Ensure that renewing business is profitable and supported by suitable up to date contracts
- account Management also work closely with support Group Corporate Sales and Group Marketing in product design Marketing
- manage and develop key Corporate Client relationships and Partnerships directly, including cross and up selling. Ensure all Corporate feedback; positive and complaints are logged and managed correctly for OH clients
- assist in aged debt recovery where required, supporting finance functions as and when needed
- oversee and assist in the resolution of Corporate complaints in conjunction with operations and other departments ensuring that thematic issues are identified and corrected accordingly
- ensure Client satisfaction and all feedback; positive and complaints are logged and communicated accordingly
- in addition to managing the Account Management Team to deliver the set objectives, the Lead Account Manager will support their own portfolio and deputise for the Senior Leadership Team as required
- develop and embed process and principles to support delivery of account management function across the business
- manage day to day running of the Account Management Team and oversee a corporate client portfolio comprising newly onboarded business and existing clients
- in addition, for top tier clients, the Lead Account Manager will be required to support members of the Sales Leadership Team in client facing engagements
- key working relationships will be with both New Business and Corporate servicing in the day to day deliverables of the Team and you will be encouraged to identify and recommend improvements
- this will include improving existing policies as well as identifying areas to develop new processes to support the account management function
Requirements
- strong case management, with quality reports
- registered NMC Nurse
- clinical expertise in OH particularly with regard to mental health and musculoskeletal issues

- 2+ years’ experience in Occupational Health case management
- DSE assessments
