Responsibility
- we have this exciting opportunity in our Hainault branch for an Experienced Engine Rebuilder
- this is a great opportunity to join one of our auto repair centres in a company that really values your skills, team focus and hard work
- the successful candidate will be able to diagnose faults using manufacturer and generic electronic diagnosis equipment, inspect, repair, maintain, overhaul, and rebuild engines from bare block whilst Completing all paperwork in an efficient and accurate manner, working as a team with your colleagues to ensure vehicle jobs are completed to the required time and standards and be able to work on your own initiative as well
- cleanliness in the workshop management/ maintenance
- quality, reliability and able to keep clean and in order the build shop
Requirements
- experience as engine builder in automotive/racing environment
- capable to rebuild a complete engine
- detailed base engine knowledge
- experience in the use of measurements tools
- experience in mechanical analysis and failure analysis. Including reporting
- machining experience and able to produce simple prototypal part
- capable to read mechanical drawing
- capable to develop/follow detailed built processes
