Responsibility
- develop shopDisney EMEA email newsletter calendar working in partnership with marketing and trading teams to identify suitable promotions and product features
- accountable to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Retention
- accountable to the Marketing Manager, EMEA, and the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Retention
- brief in creative design for marketing emails, as well as copy, translations and oversee email creative build and deployment
- accountable to the Vice President, Retail Marketing
- develop quarterly social media content calendars for shopDisney EMEA in line with business priorities
- accountable, alongside the performance marketing team, to deliver traffic targets for shopDisney with direct responsibility for traffic from organic social channels
- write data briefs to ensure accurate targeting
Requirements
- degree level education in a related field or equivalent work experience in e-commerce marketing, preferably for a European multi-channel retailer
- digital marketing related degree desirable and/or demonstrable experience of e-commerce marketing, preferably for a European multi-channel retailer
- experience of email marketing essential
- experience of managing social media channels including Facebook and Instagram, essential
- understanding of customer data and segmentation in order to target campaigns to the shopDisney and wider TWDC audience
- knowledge of analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, essential
- able to work autonomously to drive and deliver commitments
