Responsibility

  • the Customer Service Representative will play a key role in the success of our company
  • this position is responsible for contacting customers to discuss their orders and answer any questions they may have

  • manage large amounts of incoming calls & emails including making outbound calls

  • the Customer Service Representative will also work with the production team to ensure all orders are accurate and delivered on time
  • complete daily or weekly productivity duties & reports
  • you will work Monday to Friday - 8am till 5pm

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent
