- club Management: As the club manager you will be the main point of contact for all stakeholders and play a key role in supporting the founders of the club with expansion plans, research and management of team members as the club grows both nationally and internationally
- act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the event planning process
- event Management: Pre-plan, organise, and execute a wide range of corporate and social events, including in-person mastermind meetings, conferences, social events both in the UK and abroad, and online Zoom meetings
- stakeholder Liaison: Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, guest speakers, sponsors, partners, and vendors
- troubleshoot on the day of events to ensure that all runs smoothly and to budget
Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, event management, business management or a related field
- exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail
- strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of building and nurturing relationships with high-profile individuals
