Responsibility

  • lead from the front by being “hands-on” in service provision

  • ensure compliance with health and safety standards, COSHH, and other relevant legislation and that all employees have been trained to the correct level of competence
  • ensuring that at the end of the shift the bar is all cleaned away and set up for the next day
  • making sure the bar is kept fully stocked, clean and presentable always
