Responsibility
assist dentists during examinations and procedures to ensure optimal patient care
prepare and maintain the treatment room, ensuring all necessary instruments are sterilized and ready for use
assisting the dentist and hygienist to provide patient care in surgery
provide compassionate support to patients, addressing their concerns and ensuring comfort throughout their visit
reception and administrative duties
manage patient records accurately and maintain confidentiality at all times
sterilisation of instruments and cleaning in clinical areas in line with practice policy
coordinate appointments and follow-up care to enhance patient experience
Requirements
fully qualified and current GDC registration
strong patient care skills with a focus on empathy and communication
A positive attitude and a sense of pride in what you do
excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
proficient in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with patients and staff
basic IT skills for managing patient records and scheduling systems
