checkout time for the Air BnB rooms is 11am and check in is at 4pm so the room turnovers need to be completed within these times
pub cleaning will need to be completed by 3.30pm Monday to Thursday, and by 11.30am Friday - Sunday, and hours will be 2hrs per day
