front of House Manager
28 days annual leave . Work place pension scheme
responsible for day to day running of the bar and restaurant
responsible for end of day procedures, end of day on the tills etc, securing all areas and locking up/alarming the premises
salary £28-£35k depending on experience plus share of gratuities 45 hours per week over 5 days Split/Straight Shifts – Meal provided for straight shift
taking telephone bookings and managing table allocations
weekly social media updates with promotions, events etc and responding to any enquiries
ordering stock to maintain necessary levels, monitoring and checking supplier prices and ensuring good stock rotation. Checking deliveries on arrival
Requirements
previous experience in a similar role
possess good customer service skills
good organisational skills and a proactive team leader
good communication skills, verbal and written
the ability to produce good team work in a happy environment
have a personal licence and understanding of licensing laws
food Hygiene certificate level 2
passionate about good food, wines and beers
