previous experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry. Event planning experience is a plus
excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a natural ability to build rapport with clients and guests
strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
attention to detail to ensure all client requirements are met and no detail is overlooked
problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet to provide creative solutions
familiarity with hotel amenities, room types, and spa services to effectively upsell and meet guest needs
computer proficiency and experience with reservation and event planning software such as Guestlines reslynx
