- we are currently recruiting for an Head Chef to take full responsibility for the kitchen
- with full support of the General Manager this role will be demanding and rewarding
- creating an overall vision and plan for the venue
- designing innovative restaurant menus to suit the theme of the restaurant
- designing new dishes to fit the menu and keeping customers returning to try new dishes
- developing menus and item pricing
- this is a hands-on role which includes managing the chefs and Kitchen staff, creating innovative menus, sourcing local ingredients and managing the gross profit on all dishes
- sourcing unique ingredients for the menus, and keeping stock levels fully up to date
