Responsibility

  • take responsibility for smaller accounts and projects
  • brief suppliers on the clients requirements and liaise between the two, managing the budget and timeline
  • input into creative ideas and strategy for each client, taking time to consider the brief and offer ideas
  • liaising with third parties, suppliers and other departments
  • manage the project administration, invoicing process and logistics of campaigns
  • support your Account Manager in managing a portfolio of client accounts and act as a key point of contact for the client and suppliers
  • attend events, representing Crowd as well as your client
  • building strong relationships with key clients at all levels, giving them confidence in our ability as an agency and as client team
