- take responsibility for smaller accounts and projects
- brief suppliers on the clients requirements and liaise between the two, managing the budget and timeline
- input into creative ideas and strategy for each client, taking time to consider the brief and offer ideas
- liaising with third parties, suppliers and other departments
- manage the project administration, invoicing process and logistics of campaigns
- support your Account Manager in managing a portfolio of client accounts and act as a key point of contact for the client and suppliers
- attend events, representing Crowd as well as your client
- building strong relationships with key clients at all levels, giving them confidence in our ability as an agency and as client team
