Responsibility

  • supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the bar
  • ensuring the bar standards are maintained
  • ensure the bar is fully stocked and clean
  • support the General Manager with maintaining correct stock levels
  • contribute towards deciding new drinks & cocktails to be served
  • upholding friendly customer service
  • supporting new staff in bar training

Requirements

  • previous bar and/or hospitality experience
  • hospitality
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to maintain high standards of service under pressure
  • desire to offer quality service and take pride in the work you do
  • cocktail making experience
  • barista experience
  • cellar knowledge
