Responsibility
- bar Manager
- monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- collaborate with other departments, such as the kitchen, to ensure seamless operations - Create a 2 week rota allowing fair time off/on to staff members
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Requirements
- previous experience in a bar management role is required
- strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and mixology
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service
- customer service-oriented mindset
- ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
