Requirements

  • overseeing the day to day running of our busy pasty shops
  • maintaining high standards of customer service
  • answering the phone, emails and completing a range of IT based tasks
  • handling food hygiene, H&S, new products, offers, promotions
  • advertising and interviewing for additional staff
  • offering support and encouraging others to shine
  • helping to open new shops and cafes

accounts administrator

Requirements

  • proficiency in using payroll software
  • proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks or similar platforms
  • strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with team members and management
  • background in finance/ payroll is preferred

Responsibility

  • support the HR management by maintaining accurate employee records within Bright HR software
