Requirements
overseeing the day to day running of our busy pasty shops
maintaining high standards of customer service
answering the phone, emails and completing a range of IT based tasks
handling food hygiene, H&S, new products, offers, promotions
advertising and interviewing for additional staff
offering support and encouraging others to shine
helping to open new shops and cafes
accounts administrator
Requirements
proficiency in using payroll software
proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks or similar platforms
strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with team members and management
background in finance/ payroll is preferred

support the HR management by maintaining accurate employee records within Bright HR software
