Responsibility
- previous experience in a cheese factory is not essential as full training will be provided
- people management experience is preferred
- the role is Monday to Friday with the very occasional weekend work in the busy periods of the year
- we are a small, family run company, with a very friendly and close knit team. We pride ourselves for a welcoming working environment, where no one says no to helping out their colleagues
- hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience
- we're looking for someone who is willing and able to learn new skills quickly and join our growing team as a cheesemaker
- the successful candidate will be working within the production process of the cheese factory, leading the team through their day to day tasks and reporting back to the Operations Manager
- reliability, organisational skills and good time management are essential traits for this position, and we're looking for individuals with a proven success record of working independently as well as in a team environment
