Responsibility

  • the Cornerstone Group are seeking to employ a part-time compliance administrator to work with all departments in our business but most noticeably our Supported Service department
  • with the growth of our organisation over the past few years, we are now in a process of applying for CQC and ISO registrations
  • we are looking for a highly organised, competent individual to implement and adapt policies and procedures throughout the organisation to allow us to reach our goal of registration and then to maintain these registrations moving forward
  • alongside this, we have a number of tenders and contracts we will be applying for on an ongoing basis as well as running two charities which require grant/bid writing for fundraising

Requirements

  • provide accurate processing within the organisation and to ensure an efficient and quality service to all stakeholders
  • to process and review inspection and audit files and reports in line with policies and procedures
  • to administer complaint cases and complaint inspections
  • review and accurately process Complaint Questionnaires
  • provide an effective and professional inspection/assessment service
  • to ensure staff training and certification is recorded, monitored and adhered to
  • compliance management: 2 years
