- to pro-actively manage the day-to-day restaurant and bar dining operation in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
- to manage shifts whilst on duty
- to ensure service standards are maintained
- to empower team to be able to handle all positive and negative guest feedback and report to Restaurant Manager
- to undertake to be responsible for cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant & bar
- to carry out quality training and coaching in a systematic and professional manner
- to ensure company and legal standards for cleanliness are maintained within the department
- to ensure the team are correctly uniformed, in line with company standards and understand the importance of personal hygiene
