- excellent communication skills are essential along with the ability to manage and plan tasks and projects and delegate effectively
- an analytic and systematic approach to work is required and experience of working in a higher/further education environment is desirable
- the College of Animal Welfare is seeking a Senior Administrator to support the Vice Principal of Student Services to ensure an effective and efficient service is maintained across the college
- this is a varied and challenging role; therefore, candidates must have relevant administrative experience and experience working at a senior level, supporting and coordinating various services, meetings and activities
- the successful candidate will hold a relevant Level 5 qualification or equivalent or a Graduate and have at least 3 years experience in a senior admin role
- support at all levels as needed to include tasks such as but not limited to, invigilation, reception, answering the phone and any other tasks as required
- monitor and develop the administrative staff
