  • the Collecting Group is a true disruptor, offering high-quality ‘curated collectibles’ from around the globe, curated by specialists in their subject matter
  • the Role
  • as the HR Manager for The Collecting Group, you’ll play a critical role in providing generalist support across the business, globally
  • it enables a much faster route to market than traditional auctions as well as dramatically reducing the costs involved, charging zero fees to the seller
  • launched in 2021 with the same principles of ‘lean’ auctions that are fast to list and sell, the Watch Collecting platform brought new energy to this enthusiast market
  • the Collecting Group is now a team of ~100 people around the world and we have exciting growth plans with new product extensions and new market entry ambitions

Requirements

  • A strong understanding of HR systems and
  • proven experience in developing and implementing initiatives to support company growth
  • you’re an effective communicator, and have proven abilities to influence senior leaders/executives
  • proven experience in working collaboratively, with cross functional teams, communicating effectively at all levels
  • experience within the luxury goods space is highly advantageous
  • you're ideally CIPD certified, and have 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably within a high-growth start-up or established tech/marketplace business
