- maintain a safe and healthy working environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations
- maintain the appearance of the coffee bar and related areas
- prepare and sell coffee drinks by following recipes and preparation techniques to showcase the coffee and our offering at its absolute best
- enhance coffee shop reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to the role
