• enhance coffee shop reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to the role
• sell coffee beans and promote coffee consumption and brewing equipment by educating and explaining differences in coffee beans and coffee preparation methods; demonstrating how brewing equipment operates
