Working hours
- temporary | Permanent
Responsibility
- ensure the premises are clean, safe and secure for all staff, customers and visitors
- setting up the rooms according to the scheduled use
- work towards ensuring that all customers, clubs and groups have a positive experience at Clarke Foley
- represent Clarke Foley in a positive manner
- knowledge of opening the closing the Centre to ensure its security
- any other appropriate tasks assigned by the business manager
- working as a member of the CF team, and with the Café Managers to ensure the café and premises are kept clean
Requirements
- weekend and evening shifts
- dividing longer event shifts into a more manageable size with the caretaking team
- ability to remain calm and purposeful under pressure and to ask for help from other staff or volunteers if needed
- holiday & sickness cover
- previous experience in a caretaking role is highly desirable but not a necessity
- flexibility to work a range of days/hours is a necessity
- hours will vary from week to week
- A positive attitude to work with a willingness to deal with queries from colleagues and customers, ability to deal with all aspects of caretaking and premises management
